Core Beers

6.8% ABV | Loaded with Citra, Simcoe, Ekuanot, and Colombus with a touch more bitterness and a tad less sweetness than your typical cloying NEIPA. Brewed with flaked rye and flaked oats in the mash to add body.

4.8% ABV | Classic, clean, and crisp, this German Pils is made with Weyermann Pils malt as well as Hallertauer-Mittelfruh and Tettnanger hops. NC Brewer's Cup gold medal winner.

4.6% ABV | A light and crisp German beer with a slight fruity character that is absent from the Pils. Best for those customers who prefer a less bitter light beer than Pils.

5.2% ABV | Inspired by one of our Midwest favorites, deep red malt contributes a pleasant breadiness with a clean profile.

5.6% ABV | Flaked oats, unmalted and malted wheat, coriander, orange peel, chamomile and a bit of Saaz hops late in the boil.
